Kids spend a lot of time in a car. Whether it is a daily trip to school or a family road trip, we’re here to help make sure you have all the information you need to keep your kids safe in the car and on the road. What to expect at a car seat check?

• Plan on 20-25 minutes for a car seat check; longer if there are multiple car seats

• Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs) will ask basic information about the vehicle plus info about the child’s age, height and weight

• A parent/caregiver will need to sign a waiver to participate in the car seat check
